How will you find the product you desire?

You may find any product in two ways:

• By choosing from the list on the left the one you want. Then you have to click the product you like to be given some extra information on it. Otherwise, you click the button [Add to shopping basket] which is under each product and it is automatically added to your shopping basket.

• From the option [Search] on the top right part of the Website. You search by giving a relevant word describing what you need.

What is the shopping basket?

It is exactly what we understand when we hear this word. That is the basket in typical shops. When you click [Add to shopping basket] you may put there a product you want to buy, but also to remove it by using the button [Delete]. Having put some products in the basket does not mean you have bought them. There is a short procedure until your purchase is completed. Anytime you may see what you have chosen, how much does it cost and the total cost of your order.

Procedure of completing your Order

By clicking on the [Processing] button which is on the right top of this website and having some products in the basket, you may see your total order. At this point you may delete a product from the list or change the quantity. If everything is okay push the [Cash] button. At this point you have to give your User Name and your Password (if you are already registered) or to register. Moreover, you may do a quick register. In this case your data are not registered in the website’s database. They are automatically deleted after the completion of the order. The next level is either the delivery address' verification or the insertion of a new one. Then push the [Transfer Cost Calculator] button. At this point you have the right to choose the mailing type and the mode of payment. After marking everything you want push the [Processing mode of payment] button. With the completion of this procedure your order is registered. You will directly receive an e-mail containing all the data of the order, which we recommend that you print and keep.  

Mailing Types

Trying to assure for you the minimum charge, the mailing mey be executed:

-Through the post office (simple letter) with paying 5 €.

-Through the post office (registered letter) with paying 7 €.

Modes of Payment

The Payment may be executed:

-Through 2CHECKOUT.COM  (considered to be the safest mode of payment). The 2checkout.com accepts payments by Credit Cart (VISA, MASTERCARD, ETC) or by your account you have at PayPal.

How I can see my orders

That is possible by the time you enter the website with your User Name and Password. On the left in the box [My Account] there is a choice [My orders]. By clicking this option you may see the history of your orders (Number – Date – Time – Cost) and their situations (in process, completed). Moreover by clicking the [Click to appear] button which is next to every order, you may see in detail all its content.

Regarding the Point System

With every product you buy you get some points which correspond to a certain price (0,05 € per point). You may see your points by clicking the [My points] button in the [My Account] box which is on the left of the website. At this point you may choose the total of your points you will use in your order for the relevant reduction in price.
